LAS METODOLOGIAS INCLUYEN LOS PASOS DE: (A) MEZCLA DE LA MUESTRA CON UN DILUYENTE, INCLUYENDO EL DILUYENTE CANTIDADES EFICACES DE UN TAMPON PH Y, AL MENOS, DOS AGENTES CAPACES DE COMPLEJAR CALCIO LIBRE EN LA MUESTRA, EN LA QUE LAS CONSTANTES DE ASOCIACION DEL COMPLEJO CALCIO-AGENTE ("LOG K" EN BASE 10) TIENE CADA UNA DE ELLAS UNA GAMA DESDE ALREDEDOR DE 1,5 HASTA ALREDEDOR DE 7,0; Y (B) PUESTA EN CONTACTO DE UNA ALICUOTA DE LA MUESTRA DILUIDA CON UN ELECTRODO SELECTIVO DE UN ION ESPECIFICO DEL CALCIO.
