EL METODO COMPRENDE LA SEPARACION DE LOS MONOMEROS RESIDUALES QUE NO HAN REACCIONADO, DEL SOLVENTE Y DE LAS ESPECIES TERMICAMENTE INESTABLES DEL POLIMERO USANDO UN AGENTE SEPARADOR Y REALIZANDO SUBSECUENTEMENTE UNA DEVOLATILIZACION. EL POLIMERO RESULTANTE SE CARACTERIZA POR TENER UN EXOTERMO OXIDATIVO NO MAYOR DEL 50% DEL POLIMERO ORIGINAL, SEGUN SE MIDE MEDIANTE CALORIMETRIA DE EXPLORACION DIFERENCIAL, ASI COMO MEJORA SUS PROPIEDADES DE OLOR Y SABOR.
