Abstract
EN LAS VALVULAS YA CONOCIDAS DE INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE, LAS PARTES DE DESGASTE TALES COMO LA ARMADURA Y EL NUCLEO ESTAN PROVISTAS CON CAPAS RESISTENTES AL DESGASTE, ELABORADAS POR EJEMPLO A PARTIR DE CROMO, MOLIBDENO O NIQUEL. SI LAS PARTES DE LAS VALVULAS DE INYECCION ESTAN RECUBIERTAS DE FORMA GALVANICA, SE CONSIGUE UNA DISTRIBUCION PERFILADA DE CUÑA DESEADA DEL ESPESOR DE LA CAPA, QUE CREA SOLAMENTE UNA PEQUEÑA AREA DE SOPORTE PERO QUE ESTA PREDESTINADA FISICAMENTE Y DE FORMA PRACTICAMENTE IMPOSIBLE A SER INFLUENCIA. LA NUEVA VALVULA DISPONE AL MENOS DE UNA PARTE, POR EJEMPLO LA ARMADURA (27) QUE TIENE UNA SUPERFICIE ESCALONADA ANTES DE QUE SE APLIQUE LA CAPA RESISTENTE AL DESGASTE. LA SUPERFICIE ESCALONADA PUEDE SER ELABORADA EN UNA MANERA VARIABLE DEPENDIENDO DE LAS PROPIEDADES DESEADAS MAGNETICAS E HIDRAULICAS OPTIMAS. LA SECCION (69) SOPORTE EN PERFIL DE ANILLO FORMADA POR MEDIO DEL ESCALON DISPONE DE UNA SUPERFICIE DE SOPORTE DEFINIDA O UNA ANCHURA (B) DE CONTACTO QUE PERMANECE CONSTANTE DURANTE LA VIDA COMPLETA DE SERVICIO DEL COMPONENTE, COMO SUPERFICIE DE DESGASTE O DE SOPORTE EN LAS CONDICIONES DE SERVICIO CONTINUO, QUE NO ORIGINAN EL INCREMENTO DE LA ANCHURA DE CONTACTO. ESTA VALVULA ES PARTICULARMENTE ADECUADA PARA SU UTILIZACION EN SISTEMAS DE INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE O CON PRESION DE MEZCLAS, EN MOTORES DE COMBUSTION INTERNA CON ENCENDIDO POR BUJIA.
