EN UN TRANSDUCTOR ELECTRONICO DISPUESTO DELANTE, EN O DESPUES DE LA TOBERA SE GENERA UNA SEÑAL ELECTRICA CUANDO EL HILO EN SU MOVIMIENTO DE ROTACION ATRAVIESA DICHO TRANSDUCTOR. LA SEÑAL ELECTRICA GENERADA ES FILTRADA E INTRODUCIDA EN UN SISTEMA ELECTRONICO DE TRATAMIENTO Y PROCESADO DE LA SEÑAL. EL SISTEMA ELECTRONICO DESARROLLADO PERMITE DETERMINAR EN UN TIEMPO INFERIOR A UN SEGUNDO LA FRECUENCIA INSTANTANEA DE ROTACION DEL HILADO DENTRO DE LA TOBERA VORTEX EN FORMA DE UNA SERIE DE IMPULSOS CADA UNO DE LOS CUALES CORRESPONDE A UNA VUELTA DE GIRO DEL HILADO DENTRO DE LA CAMARA VORTEX.
