Abstract

Sistema di controllo qualità del filato associato a filatoi o ritorcitoi in cui il filo (12) coopera a con un riccio guidafilo (11) montato solidalmente su un braccio (14) porta riccio guidafilo (11) ancoratesi alla struttura della macchina, prevedente almeno un sensore piezoelettrico (13) associato solidalmente al detto braccio (14) porta riccio guidafilo (11), detto sensore piezoelettrico (13) essendo associato ad un dispositivo di elaborazione e controllo (17) che elabora il segnale generato dal detto sensore piezoelettrico (13) generando un segnale elettrico (16) di tipo sinusoidale con ampiezza proporzionale alla tensione del filo (12) e frequenza proporzionale alla velocità di rotazione del ballon.Dispositivo di controllo qualità filato idoneo ad essere integrato nel sistema di cui sopra comprendente un braccio (14) ancoratesi alla struttura della macchina e riportante solidale il riccio guidafilo (11), detto braccio (14) essendo associato longitudinalmente e solidalmente ad un sensore piezoelettrico (13).
