SEGUN LA INVENCION, SE DELIMITA SOBRE EL SOPORTE (1) UN MARCO (6) RODEANDO EL CIRCUITO INTEGRADO (2) Y SUS HILOS DE CONTACTO (213, 214 Y 215) CON EL EXTERIOR, SE COLOCA EN ESTE MARCO, CUYA ALTURA (E) CORRESPONDE AL ESPESOR DESEADO DEL REVESTIMIENTO, UN VOLUMEN DE MATERIAL DE REVESTIMIENTO CORRESPONDIENTE AL VOLUMEN FINAL.
