Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIIENTO PARA LA DETERMINACION DE NIVEL DE RUIDO PARA UNA SEÑAL DE VIDEO, DONDE LA SEÑAL DE VIDEO CONSISTE EN UNA SERIE DE IMAGENES DE VIDEO, DE FORMA QUE CADA SEÑAL CONSISTE EN LINEAS DE VIDEO DISPUESTAS VERTICALMENTE UNA DESPUES DE OTRA. CADA LINEA DE VIDEO CONSISTE EN UN NUMERO DE PUNTOS DE IMAGEN DISPUESTOS HORIZONTALMENTE, DE FORMA QUE LA SEÑAL DE VIDEO TIENE POR CADA PUNTO DE IMAGEN UNA SEÑAL DE REFERENCIA QUE SE SUPERPONE CON UNA SEÑAL DE RUIDO, INCLUYENDO TAL METODO LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: A PARTIR DE LA SEÑAL DE VIDEO SE SELECCIONA UNA MUESTRA DE MEDICION EN FORMA DE UN NUMERO DE PUNTOS DE IMAGEN, LA MUESTRA DE MEDICION SE SOMETE A FILTRACION DE PASO ALTO Y A PARTIR DE LA SEÑAL FILTRADA PASO ALTO SE DETERMINA UN NIVEL DE RUIDO.
