EL SISTEMA UTILIZA UN PARQUIMETRO QUE INCLUYE UNA PLURALIDAD DE CONTADORES CADA UNO DE LOS CUALES CONSTITUYE UNA UNIDAD OPERATIVA INDEPENDIENTE. LOS CONTADORES ESTAN EQUIPADOS CON UN LECTOR DE TARJETAS DE PAGO. LA PERSONA QUE APARCA EL VEHICULO ENCUENTRA UN CONTADOR Y CON LA AYUDA DEL LECTOR DE TARJETAS DE PAGO INTRODUCE INFORMACION DE LA TARJETA DE PAGO REFERENTE, AL MENOS AL NUMERO DE CUENTA DE LA TARJETA DE PAGO. CUANDO COMIENZA EL PERIODO DE APARCAMIENTO Y A CONTINUACION DE LA LECTURA DE LA TARJETA DE PAGO LOS CONTADORES EMITEN UN TICKET DE APARCAMIENTO.
