Abstract

Dispositivo enjuagador de botellas, para máquinas rotativas.Este dispositivo comprende un mecanismo de sujeción (1), una válvula inyectora (2), un mecanismo de enjuague (3) y medios de recogida de líquido de enjuague residual (4). El mecanismo de sujeción (1) comprende unas pinzas de sujeción (15) simétricamente dispuestas respecto de un cuerpo base (8) giratorio y un rodillo-guía (18) dispuesto entre dos guías concéntricas (19, 20) determinativas de los giros del mecanismo (1). La válvula (2) actúa a compresión sobre un conducto flexible (51) que la atraviesa. El mecanismo de enjuague (3) comprende una cánula (96) y una bandeja recuperadora (94). Los medios de recogida (4) comprenden una o más boquillas de aspiración (104) fijadas a una de las guías concéntrico (20) entre la posición de enjuague y la de salida de botellas (28). Aplicable a procesos industriales de embotellado.
