METODO Y APARATO PARA EL SECADO INTERMITENTE O CONTINUO DE UN MATERIAL (MASA DE SECADO) QUE CONTIENE COMPONENTES VOLATILES, POR EJEMPLO PRODUCTOS GRANULADOS SOLOS O EN COMBINACION CON SUSPENSIONES O SOLUCIONES, POR EJEMPLO HARINA DE PESCADO, COMPRENDIENDO DICHO APARATO UNA CAMARA DE SECADO (19, 20) PARA ALOJAR LA MASA DE SECADO, UN CONDUCTO (18) PARA QUE CIRCULE UN MEDIO DE SECADO GASEOSO EN UN CIRCUITO CERRADO MEDIANTE UN VENTILADOR O SIMILAR (10), OPCIONALMENTE UN SEPARADOR DE PARTICULAS (14) DISPUESTO MAS ABAJO DE LA CAMARA DE SECADO (19, 20) PARA ELIMINAR LAS PARTICULAS TRANSPORTADAS DESDE LA CAMARA DE SECADO; Y UN EVAPORADOR DE BOMBA DE CALOR (12) DISPUESTO MAS ABAJO QUE LA CAMARA DE SECADO, Y PREFERIBLEMENTE MAS ABAJO QUE EL SEPARADOR DE PARTICULAS (14), PARA LICUAR LOS COMPONENTES VOLATILES EN EL MEDIO DE SECADO. LA CAMARA DE SECADO (19, 20) ESTA PROVISTA CON AL MENOS UN CONDENSADOR DE BOMBA DE CALOR (2, 4) PARA EL SUMINISTRO DE CALOR EN LA FORMA DE SUPER CALOR Y/O CALOR DE CONDENSADOR DESDE UN SISTEMA DE BOMBA DE CALOR CONECTADO (5, 6, 11, 12), PARA COMPENSAR POR LA PERDIDA DE CALOR DESDE EL MEDIO DE SECADO PRODUCIDA POR LA VAPORIZACION DE LA MASA DE SECADO, CON LO CUAL ADEMAS SE INCREMENTA LA CAPACIDAD DEL MEDIO DE SECADO PARA ABSORBER LOS COMPONENTES VOLATILES.
