LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN APARATO PARA REALIZAR UN PROCESO PARA LA AMPLIFICACION DE SECUENCIAS ESPECIFICAS DE ACIDO NUCLEICO BASADO EN LA SEPARACION DE HEBRAS DE ACIDO NUCLEICO MEDIANTE UN CAMPO ELECTROMAGNETICO. ESTE METODO DE SEPARACION PERMITE EL USO DE POLIMERASAS MESOFILICAS EN EL PROCESO DE AMPLIFICACION, AUMENTANDO ASI LA VELOCIDAD Y FIDELIDAD DEL PROCESO DE AMPLIFICACION, ASI COMO EL TAMAÑO DEL ACIDO NUCLEICO OBJETIVO QUE SE PUEDE AMPLIFICAR.
