LOS PASADORES DE CONTACTO DE INYECCION NO ESTAN RODEADOS EN LA PRACTICA DE FORMA COMPLETAMENTE ESTANCA. MUCHAS VECES FORMAN ESPACIOS CAPILARES MUY FINOS ENTRE EL PASADOR DE CONTACTO Y LA INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE. EN EL CALENTAMIENTO O ENFRIAMIENTO TIENE LUGAR UNA COMPENSACION DE PRESION, CON LO QUE PUEDE ALCANZARSE TAMBIEN CIERTA HUMEDAD EN EL INTERIOR DE LA VALVULA, DE TAL MODO QUE NO PUEDE EXCLUIRSE UNA CORROSION DEL PASADOR DE CONTACTO O DEL ALAMBRE DE LA BOBINA. EN LAS NUEVAS VALVULAS DE INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE SE CONSIGUE MEDIANTE EL MONTAJE ADECUADO DE UN CASQUILLO (50) DE PROTECCION EN LA CARCASA (1) DE LA VALVULA, QUE SE CONSIGA UNA RESPIRACION DEL INTERIOR DE LA VALVULA, SIN QUE PENETRE EL AGUA DE INYECCION U OTRO LIQUIDOS EN EL INTERIOR DE LA VALVULA (ESPACIO 49 DE BOBINA). LOS LIQUIDOS SE MANTIENEN MAS BIEN EN UN ESPACIO (54) QUE MUESTRA MULTIPLES CANALES. CON ELLO SE EXCLUYE UNA CORROSION EN EL PASADOR (46) DE CONTACTO O EN EL ALAMBRE (3) DE BOBINA. LA VALVULA DE INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE ES APROPIADA ESPECIALMENTE PARA APLICACION EN INSTALACIONES DE INYECCION DE COMBUSTIBLE DE MAQUINAS DE COMBUSTION INTERNA CON ENCENDIDO EXTERIOR DE COMPRESION DE MEZCLA.
