Abstract
PARA LA ELABORACION DE MOLDES DE FUNDICION, EN PARTICULAR COQUILLAS DE FUNDICION DE COLADA EN CUERDA CONTINUA, QUE SE UTILIZAN EN DISPOSICIONES DE FUNDICION DE COLADA CONTINUA DE ACERO CON UN EQUIPO DE AGITACION ELECTROMAGNETICA, SON NECESARIAS SUSTANCIAS DE TRABAJO ALTAMENTE CONDUCTORAS CON AMORTIGUADOR DE CAMPO MAGNETICA REDUCIDA. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION SE PROPONE PARA ESTA UTILIZACION UNA ALEACION DE COBRE ENDURECIBLE, QUE SE COMPONE DE 0,1 HASTA 2 % DE NIQUEL, 0,3 HASTA 1,5 % EN CROMO, 0,01 HASTA 0,5 % DE ZIRCONIO, HASTA 0,04 % AL MENOS DE UN ELEMENTO A PARTIR DEL GRUPO QUE ABARCA FOSFORO, LITIO, CALCIO, MAGNESIO, SILICIO Y BORO, EL RESTO COBRE INCLUYENDO LAS IMPUREZAS DE ACUERDO CON LAS CONDICIONES DE ELABORACION. PARA OTRA ELABORACION ADECUADA DE LA RESISTENCIA LAS ALEACIONES DE COBRE ENDURECIBLES PUEDEN CONTENER HASTA 0,2 % DE TITANIO, HASTA 0,4 % DE HIERRO Y ADEMAS HASTA 0,8 % DE ALUMINIO Y/O MANGANESO.
