Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO APROPIADO A FILTROS DE PRESION DEL TIPO QUE INCLUYEN UNA PLURALIDAD DE PLACAS DE PRESION (13). SE FORMAN CAMARAS DE PRESION (15) ENTRE CADA PAR DE PLACAS. UNA TORTA DE FILTRO (13) SE FORMA EN CADA CAMARA DE PRESION. UNA VEZ TERMINADO EL PROCESO DE DESHIDRATACION LAS TORTAS SE LIBERAN DE LAS CAMARAS MEDIANTE LA SEPARACION DE LAS PLACAS DE PRESION. EL METODO SE CARACTERIZA EN QUE EL VACIADO DE LAS CAMARAS DE PRESION (15) SE REALIZA PERMITIENDO A CADA PLACA DE PRESION (13) GIRAR LIBREMENTE Y OSCILAR ALREDEDOR DE UN EJE (18) QUE SE EXTIENDE GENERALMENTE HORIZONTALMENTE A TRAVES DEL PLANO DE LA PLACA, BAJO LA INFLUENCIA DE LA TORTA DE FILTRO LIBERADA (16). EL FILTRO DE PRESION SE CONSTRUYE PARA QUE CADA PLACA DE PRESION (13) PUEDA PIVOTAR EN RELACION A LOS RIELES (14). LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE EXTRACCION MEDIANTE LOS CUALES LAS PLACAS DE PRESION SE SEPARAN ESTAN UNIDOS A UN UNICO DISPOSITIVO DE ACOPLAMIENTO SIMPLE (19) SOBRE CADA LADO DE CADA PLACA DE PRESION. LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE ACOPLAMIENTO (19) SE SITUAN SOBRE O EN LA CERCANIA INMEDIATA DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE GUIA, EN OTRAS PALABRAS EN LA PROXIMIDAD DEL RIEL HORIZONTAL.
