LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO Y UN APARATO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN CLINKER DE CEMENTO HIDRAULICO, EN EL CUAL PRIMERAMENTE SE QUEMA EL CLINKER DE CEMENTO HIDRAULICO EN UNA ZONA DE COMBUSTION, Y A CONTINUACION SE ENFRIA EN UNA ZONA DE ENFRIAMIENTO, DE FORMA QUE EL ENFRIAMIENTO SE PRODUCE, AL MENOS PARCIALMENTE, MEDIANTE EL SUMINISTRO DE COMBUSTIBLE Y VAPOR. DICHO METODO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE, EN UNA PRIMERA FASE DE ENFRIAMIENTO, EL COMBUSTIBLE SUMINISTRADO SE MEZCLA CON EL CLINKER DE CEMENTO Y SE PIROLIZA INICIALMENTE, Y LOS PRODUCTOS DE LA PIROLISIS RESULTANTES SUFREN UNA FUERTE REACCION ENDOTERMICA CON EL VAPOR, DE FORMA QUE EL CLINKER DE CEMENTO SE ENFRIA BRUSCAMENTE DE TAL FORMA QUE AL MENOS EL 95 %, PREFERIBLEMENTE LA TOTALIDAD, DE LA FASE LIQUIDA CONTENIDA EN EL MISMO, SE TRANSFORMA EN CRISTAL.
