Aplicación de un inmunoensayo visual para la identificación de la enfermedad celíaca utilizando como antígeno gliadinas de trigo. Procedimiento para visualizar la detección de anticuerpos antigliadina, caracterizado por la utilización de un extracto de gliadina de trigo como antígeno y un sistema que emplea láminas de polientireno blanco opaco como soporte sólido y proteína A conjugada con oro colodial como sustancia de detección.
