Abstract

Nuevo tapizado para asiento y asiento para vehículos así tapizado. El tapizado consiste en un cuerpo estratificado en el que participan un soporte inferior (1), a base de un tejido o malla de poliamida, polipropileno, poliéster o algodón, un núcleo intermedio (2) de espuma y un revestimiento (3) de un tejido de acabado, solidarizadas entre sí formando un conjunto monopieza. A partir de este tapizado, el asiento incorpora una armadura metálica a base de un tubo perimetral (4) y una suspensión interior formada por resortes en zig-zag o somier (9), fijándose la zona marginal del tapizado al marco (4) de la armadura mediante grapas (10) provistas de pinchos (11) que penetran en el tubo, y a la suspensión interior (9) mediante grapas anulares (8) que se fijan simultáneamente a costuras longitudinales y transversales (5) del propio tapizado.
