LA CAMARA (5) DE ESTERILIZACION, LA BOMBA (10) Y EL DEPURADOR (15) FORMAN UN CIRCUITO DE GAS CERRADO; LA BOMBA (10) SUMINISTRA CONTINUAMENTE OXIDO DE ETILENO A PARTIR DE LA CAMARA (5) DE ESTERILIZACION AL DEPURADOR (15) DE GAS, Y EL GAS DE ESCAPE PROCEDENTE DEL DEPURADOR (15) DE GAS ES SUMINISTRADO A LA CAMARA (5) DE ESTERILIZACION.
