Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de un producto alimenticio a base de cereal y producto así obtenido. Los cereales que presentan un recubrimiento a base de chocolate que existen en el mercado no se disuelven fácilmente cuando éstos se añaden a la leche. La presente invención proporciona un procedimiento para la obtención de un producto alimenticio a base de cereal que incluye un cereal base, que comprende una primera etapa de pulverización para formar una capa interior sobre dicho cereal base, y se caracteriza por el hecho de que se lleva a cabo una segunda etapa que comprende la adición de un preparado de cacao en polvo sobre dicha capa interior. El producto alimenticio a base de cereal de la invención que incluye un cereal base recubierto con una primera capa interior, se caracteriza por el hecho de que comprende una segunda capa exterior de un preparado de cacao en polvo. Con el procedimiento de la invención se consigue un producto final a base de cereal recubierto de chocolate que se disuelve rápidamente cuando éste se añade a la leche, además de darle sabor y colorearla.
