LAS COMPOSICIONES RESULTANTES MUESTRAN ESTABILIDAD SUPERIOR A LA DE LAS COMPOSICIONES QUE TIENEN SOLAMENTE UNO DE LOS ANTIOXIDANTES SECUNDARIOS. LA COMPOSICION MUESTRA NIVELES AUMENTADOS DE ESTABILIDAD TERMOOXIDANTE, INCLUSO EN AUSENCIA DE ANTIOXIDANTES PRIMARIOS TALES COMO ANTIOXIDANTES FENOLICOS.
