Abstract

Molde perfeccionado. Un molde presenta un fondo y una pared periférica que se eleva desde dicho fondo y forman una sola pieza constituida por un primer material sintético con el que se obtiene una estructura porosa de poro abierto y de superficie uniforme y lisa. La pared periférica integra en su embocadura una adicional porción de pared de material sintético diferente, obtenida con independencia de la misma y soldada a ésta en la operación de moldeo que conforma al molde. La pared periférica porosa incorpora, en la operación de moldeo que formará el molde, aros de refuerzo de material sintético igual que el de la adicional porción de pared y obtenidos también en un proceso de fabricación independiente.
