Abstract

Utilización de bisfosfonatos en la preparación de formas farmacéuticas destinadas al uso intramuscular. Se describe el uso de sustancias farmacéuticas de la clase de bisfosfonatos en la preparación de formas farmacéuticas para ser administradas por vía intramuscular, en el tratamiento de patologías del sistema esquelético. Los bisfosfonatos a usar incluyen, entre otros, ácido alendrónico, ácido clodrónico, ácido etidrónico, ácido medrónico, ácido pamidrónico y sus sales, aceptables desde el punto de vista farmacológico y farmacéutico. Las formas farmacéuticas en cuestión están especialmente caracterizadas por la presencia de alcohol bencílico.
