Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de venlafaxina y/o sus sales de adición fisiológicamente aceptables, que consiste en hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula general (II), en la que R es un grupo alquilo C{Sub, 1}-C{sub, l0}, arilo, aralquilo o cicloalquilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono, con un compuesto organomagnesiano de fórmula general (III), en la que X significa un átomo de halógeno y, si se desea, se forma una sal de la venlafaxina obtenida mediante su reacción con un ácido fisiológicamente aceptable. **FORMULA 01** .
