Abstract
"Procedimiento de obtención de un orujo con miel", para consumo humano a base de mezclar jarabe de glucosa, miel de flores pura de abeja, alcohol rectificado de melazas de 96,3º escala Gay Lussa, aguardiente de orujo blanca y agua purificada y declorada. El procedimiento se realiza a temperatura ambiente en una centrifugadora, con filtro bomba, provista de un depósito de acero inoxidable. En la que se vierten 2/10 partes de aguardiente orujo blanca, 1,1/10 parte de glucosa licuada, se bate esta mezcla, se añade miel a temperatura de 20ºC con un volumen de 1,8/10 partes se mezcla bien y se le añaden 2,6/10 partes de alcohol rectificado de melazas con un grado alcohólico de 96,3º, una vez mezclado se añade 2,5/1 partes de agua.
