Abstract

Quemador de llama plana destinado particularmente para el equipamiento de hornos de calentamiento, de mantenimiento o de tratamiento térmico de productos siderúrgicos, que comprende al menos un tubo de inyección de combustible situado según el eje del cuerpo del quemador y una alimentación de aire de combustión distribuido dentro y por el indicado cuerpo, realizándose la introducción del combustible (21) por mediación del o de los tubos de inyección (18, 19), por uno o varios orificios axiales situados en un plano próximo al plano externo (P) del túnel de combustión (9), caracterizado porque la introducción del combustible se realiza únicamente por el o los orificios axiales del (o de los) tubo(s) de inyección de combustible alrededor de los cuales el aire de combustión gira, porque los orificios axiales tienen un diámetro importante de forma que el impulso del combustible (21) sea suficientemente bajo para no perturbar el torbellino de recirculación de los productos de combustión inducidosen el pico del quemador por el aire de combustión, con el fin de realizar una primera dilución del combustible (21) en los productos de combustión (22), y porque la mezcla (23) combustible más productos de combustión así obtenida es arrastrada por el torbellino luego se diluye en el aire de combustión (24) puesto en rotación alrededor del tubo de inyección de combustible, utilizando el quemador la dilución de la llama con productos de combustión con el fin de reducir la temperatura de llama en su zona de reacción.
