LA PRESENTE INVENCION TRATA DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION CONTINUA DE METILMERCAPTANO MEDIANTE REACCION CATALITICA DE METANOL Y SULFURO DE HIDROGENO. LA INVENCION INCLUYE PERFECCIONAMIENTOS IMPORTANTES EN LO REFERENTE A LA PREPARACION DE LA MEZCLA DE GAS DE EDUCTOS, ASI COMO EN LO REFERENTE AL APROVECHAMIENTO DEL CALOR DE LA REACCION Y DE LA TERMICIDAD DE LA MEZCLA DE GAS DE PRODUCTOS. LA ENERGIA NECESARIA PARA LA EVAPORACION DEL METANOL SE APLICA EN PARTE APROVECHANDO EL CALOR DE COMPRESION DEL SULFURO DE HIDROGENO, ASI COMO MEDIANTE LA TERMICIDAD DEL GAS DE PRODUCTOS QUE ABANDONA EL REACTOR. EL CALOR DE LA REACCION SE APROVECHA PARA CALENTAR LA MEZCLA DE GAS DE EDUCTOS HASTA LA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION CON LA AYUDA DE UN CALENTADOR DE GAS.
