Abstract
Un procedimiento para la unión de un volante (12) de un embrague con la carcasa (14) de un embrague, y volante y embrague correspondientes. El procedimiento comprende las fases: a) Preparación del volante (12) con una sección (20) de unión. b) Preparación de la carcasa (14) con una sección (18) antagonista de unión, esencialmente cilíndrica. c) Montaje por deslizamiento de la carcasa (14) con su sección (18) antagonista de unión, en la dirección (R) de montaje por deslizamiento esencialmente paralela a un eje (A) de rotación, sobre la sección (20) de unión, para producir una unión apretada entre volante (12) y carcasa (14), comprendiendo la fase a) la preparación del volante (12) con una zona (34) de inserción que se ensancha radialmente en relación con el eje (A) de rotación en la dirección (R) de montaje por deslizamiento, y con una zona (40) de reducción que se conecta a la zona (34) de inserción, y que se reduce en la dirección (R) de montaje por deslizamiento, y comprendiendo la fase b) la preparación de la carcasa (14) con una dimensión interior en la sección (18) antagonista de unión, que es menor que una dimensión exterior del volante (12) en la zona de un acuerdo (36) de la zona (34) de inserción hacia la zona (40) de reducción.
