Abstract

Procedimiento para tratamiento de purines de ganado porcino, que comprende la separación de los purines en fracciones sólida y liquida; de la fracción sólida se obtiene un lodo que posteriormente es objeto de compostaje, y la fracción líquida es conducida a una unidad de evaporación donde se evapora y concentra y se obtiene una fracción acuosa y una solución concentrada; ésta está compuesta por ácidos grasos volátiles y materia orgánica soluble, y es objeto de tratamiento en un reactor anaerobio que proporciona biogás; además se utiliza una unidad de cogeneración dotada de motores accionables por el biogás; esta es apta para generación de dicho vapor.
