EL MATERIAL SOPORTE POROSO, CON CAPACIDAD DE GRANULACION, SE ELABORA A PARTIR AL MENOS DE UN POLIMERO BASICO TERMOPLASTICO CON ADITIVOS APLICADOS EN LA ESTRUCTURA POROSA. PRIMERO SE AÑADEN LOS MEDIOS DE ESPONJAMIENTO APROPIADOS AL POLIMERO BASICO, QUE FUNDEN LA MASA, SIENDO MEZCLADOS ANTES Y/O DESPUES DE LA FUSION. A CONTINUACION SE EXTRUSIONA CON PREFERENCIA LA MEZCLA Y SE REFRIGERA BAJO LA FORMACION DE UN MATERIAL SOPORTE POROSO, CON CAPACIDAD DE GRANULACION. EL MATERIAL SOPORTE POROSO SE UTILIZA CON AL MENOS UN ADITIVO Y SE MEZCLA CON EL POLIMERO BASICO BAJO EL PUNTO DE FUSION, SIN EMBARGO SOBRE EL PUNTO DE FUSION DEL ADITIVO, CORRESPONDIENDO ELLO A LA TEMPERATURA REGULADA (TM). EL MATERIAL SOPORTE POROSO TIENE CON PREFERENCIA POROS DE FORMA DE ELIPSOIDE, QUE SON APLICADOS MEDIANTE EXTRUSION EN SU FORMA ALARGADA.
