SE DESCRIBE UN DISPOSITIVO PARA EL ANALISIS DE LAS SUSTANCIAS MAS IMPORTANTES CON RESPECTO AL MEDIO AMBIENTE, COMO CO, HC Y NO, EN EL GAS DE ESCAPE DE AUTOMOVILES, BASANDOSE EN EL PRINCIPIO DE LA ABSORCION DE GAS POR IR. SE REGISTRAN EN UNA ZONA OPTICA DE MEDIDA (TUBO DE ACERO FINO) CON AYUDA DE UNA FUENTE DE INFRARROJOS Y UN DETECTOR LAS SEÑALES DE MEDIDA Y SEÑAL DE REFERENCIA, Y SE DETERMINA MEDIANTE FORMACION DE UN COCIENTE UN VALOR DE MEDIDA. SI SE SOBREPASA UN VALOR LIMITE SE DISPARA UN AVISO. EL SISTEMA OBM SE COMPONE DE ELEMENTOS MODULARES, COMO DISPOSITIVO DE TOMA (4), TRATAMIENTO DEL GAS DE ESCAPE (5), DISPOSITIVOS DE ANALISIS (6) Y UNIDAD DE EVALUACION (9), QUE ESTAN INTEGRADOS EN LA CONSTRUCCION DEL AUTOMOVIL, VEASE LA FIGURA 2. LAS CONDICIONES VARIABLES DE UN AUTOMOVIL SE COMPENSAN MEDIANTE UNA CONSTRUCCION ROBUSTA Y LA CORRECCION DE LA VARIACION DE LA TEMPERATURA MEDIANTE LA FORMACION DE LA PRIMERA DERIVADA Y EL REAJUSTE DE LA ALTURA DE LA SEÑAL MEDIANTE UNA REGULACION ELECTRONICAMENTE REGULABLE DEL VOLUMEN.
