PARA MEJORAR LA ACCESIBILIDAD A LA LIPASA Y SU REUTILIZACION, LA LIPASA SE PUEDE INMOVILIZAR SOBRE DISTINTOS MATERIALES DE SOPORTE. LA INMOVILIZACION TAMBIEN SE PUEDE REALIZAR EN PRESENCIA DE UNA SAL BILIAR, POR EJEMPLO, COLATO O DESOXICOLATO SODICO, CON LO CUAL LA ACTIVIDAD SE PUEDE AUMENTAR PARCIALMENTE.
