Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cable parche y al montaje del conector, y a un procedimiento para fabricar el mismo. El montaje (30) comprende un cable parche (32) que consta de varios conductores (34), en el que cada conductor (34) está rodeado por un aislamiento, y una chaqueta (36) que rodea a todos los conductores (34) con sus aislamientos, en el que la chaqueta (36) se pela por fuera una distancia predeterminada desde al menos un extremo del cable parche (32). El montaje (30) también comprende un conector (38) que consta de un destensador, y varios contactos de conexión, en el que cada conductor (34) se conecta a un contacto de conexión. El destensador del conector (38) no está activado. El montaje (30) también comprende un dispositivo amoldado (40) que ha llenado al espacio entre el conector (38) y los conductores (34) y que rodea también la transición (42) entre el cable parche (32) con chaqueta (36) y el cable parche (32) con la chaqueta (36) pelada, de tal manera que los conductores (34) no son abrazados y el dispositivo (40) funciona como destensador mecánicamente estable.
