Abstract
Procedimiento de vitrificación en continuo de un material pulverulento, en el que el material pulverulento se introduce en una zona (3) de fusión de un horno (1), a través de un medio (7) de inyección, para ser puesto bajo fusión por medio de al menos un portaelectrodo (11) de plasma con el fn de obtener un baño (4) de fusión, y en el que el bano de fusión se extrae del horno en una zona (5) de colada, siendo el material introducido lateralmente en la zona de fusión según una dirección que comprende una componente horizontal, y siendo el bano de fusión extraído del horno por desbordamiento en la citada zona de colada, sensiblemente según la citada componente horizontal y por la parte opuesta al medio de inyección del material en el horno con relación a la zona de fusión.
