Abstract
Procedimiento para alear aceros aportando fundentes metálicos y eventualmente medios reductores en forma de polvo en una masa metálica fundida, siendo aportados a la masa fundida los fundentes metálicos y eventualmente los medios reductores desde una tolva de reserva a través de una conducción transportadora directamente por una o varias lanzas (12), que se sumergen en la masa fundida, y/o toberas de baño inferiores, eventualmente en una mezcla con un medio fluidicante cuyo porcentaje en la cantidad que hay que insuflar 20 %, caracterizado porque la presión que hay que aplicar para transportar el polvo es como mínimo de 20 bar, si se utiliza un medio fluidicante, o porque cuando no se utiliza un medio fluidicante, la presión que hay que aplicar para el transporte de polvo es como mínimo de 40 bar o los polvos que se encuentran en la conducción de polvo son propulsados mediante un émbolo de presión que cubre la sección de la conducción transportadora.
