Abstract
Sensor de inclinación. Problema: El objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar un sensor de inclinación capaz de detectar si el ángulo de inclinación de un plano a medir es o no más grande que un valor predeterminado por medio de un valor umbral, independientemente de la dirección de inclinación del plano a medir, es decir, cuando el plano a medir se inclina en cualquiera de una dirección hacia la derecha o una hacia la izquierda dirección desde el estado en el que no está inclinado. Solución: Se forma un par de electrodos diferenciales 22a, 22b eléctricamente independientes uno de otro en forma simétrica con respecto a la intersección L2 donde un plano paralelo a un plano de referencia intersecta una placa de circuitos impresos 21 y en forma simétrica con respecto a la intersección L1 donde un plano normal al plano de referencia intersecta la placa de circuitos impresos 21, en la placa de circuitos impresos 21, en la región dividida por la intersección L2. Una placa de electrodo común23 está montada enfrente del par de electrodos diferenciales con un intervalo predeterminado entremedio. El par de electrodos diferenciales y el electrodo común se almacenan en un espacio cerrado formado por la placa de circuitos impresos y una caja de aceite. Se introduce un líquido dieléctrico 27 en el espacio cerrado de tal forma que el nivel del líquido varíe según la inclinación del plano de referencia. Una señal de salida correspondiente a la diferencia de capacidad entre dos condensadores cada uno de los cuales está constituido por el electrodo común 23 y cada uno del par de electrodos diferenciales 22a, 22b se produce como una salida de detección de inclinación.
