Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de la - aspartil--ciclohexilalanin-amida, caracterizado porque se efectúa en una primera etapa el amidificado de un éster de la aspartilfenilalanina de la fórmula general: en la que R es un radical alquilo que contiene de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, para dar la sal de amonio de la - aspartilfenilalaninamida de la fórmula: y a continuación se efectúa la hidrogenación catalítica del producto obtenido, eventualmente liberado previamente de su sal, y se transforma, eventualmente, la -aspartil-- aspartilalaninamida, obtenida, en una sal de adición con un ácido.
