LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE PRINCIPALMENTE A UN ALIMENTO COMPUESTO, PARTICULARMENTE A BASE DE QUESO O DE COMPOSICION QUESERA Y A SU PROCESO DE FABRICACION.SEGUN LA INVENCION, EL PROCESO DE FABRICACION DE UN ALIMENTO COMPUESTO SE CARACTERIZA EN QUE COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS QUE CONSISTEN EN: A) MEJORAR UNA PIEZA COMPACTA EN UN PRIMER ALIMENTO ELASTICO O MALEABLE (1); 2) REALIZAR UN SEGUNDO ALIMENTO FLUIDO, PASTOSO O VISCOSO (2), C) INYECTAR EL SEGUNDO ALIMENTO (2) EN EL NUCLEO DE LA PIEZA DEL PRIMER ALIMENTO (1), DE MANERA A INFLARLO ELIGIENDO LA FORMA DE LA PIEZA DEL PRIMER ALIMENTO (1), LA PRESION Y EL CAUDAL DE INYECCION DEL SEGUNDO ALIMENTO (2) ASI COMO LAS CANTIDADES RELATIVAS DEL PRIMERO (1) Y DEL SEGUNDO ALIMENTO, DE MANERA QUE EL PRIMER ALIMENTO FORMA UNA ENVOLTURA QUE VISTE EL SEGUNDO ALIMENTO QUE FORMAN UNA FUNDA.
