Abstract
Procedimiento para formar una primera capa de polímero compuesto sólido, que comprende las etapas siguientes: (a) mezclar un monómero líquido con partículas sustancialmente insolubles en el monómero líquido formando una mezcla de monómero y partículas; (b) suministrar dicha mezcla de monómero y partículas en flujo líquido continuo en un ambiente de vacío a una temperatura por debajo tanto de la temperatura de descomposición como de la temperatura de polimerización de la mezcla de monómero y partículas; (c) atomización continua de la mezcla de monómero y partículas formando un flujo continuo de gotículas; (d) vaporización continua de las gotículas haciendo que entren en contacto de forma continua con una superficie caliente que mantiene una temperatura en, o por encima de, el punto de ebullición del monómero líquido y de las partículas, pero por debajo de la temperatura de pirólisis, formando un vapor compuesto; y (e) criocondensación continua de dicho vapor compuesto sobre un substrato frío y reticulación de una capa de monómero criocondensado formando así dicha capa de polímero.
