Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de formulaciones farmacéuticas que se desintegran rápidamente con preparados que contienen extracto, caracterizado porque, en una primera etapa, se compacta el extracto en polvo en seco, junto con un aglutinante, en una cantidad de 0,5 - 10 % en peso, por medio de un dispositivo adecuado para formar una masa, a continuación se tritura para formar un granulado, se clasifica y los compactados obtenidos se comprimen, en una segunda etapa, con los adyuvantes habituales, como substancias de carga, lubricantes, agentes de desintegración, agentes reguladores de la fluencia, y otros aditivos.
