Abstract

Tobera de inyección (5) para introducir materiales plásticos que pueden endurecerse térmicamente en un molde de fundición inyectada, con un cuerpo básico fundamentalmente cilíndrico, a uno de cuyos extremos se ha aplicado una punta de tobera (12), que está destinada a tener contacto bajo presión con una placa de moldeo (1), estando previsto en la dirección longitudinal del cuerpo básico cilíndrico un canal de alimentación (15) para el material a inyectar, estando además previsto al menos un canal de refrigeración (14) para refrigerar la tobera de inyección (5) y estando prevista, en la región del extremo del cuerpo básico cilíndrico situado enfrente de la punta de tobera (12), una superficie de apriete (13) para comprimir la tobera de inyección (5) sobre la placa de moldeo (1), caracterizada porque el cuerpo básico de la tobera de inyección (5) muestra una pieza de núcleo (10) que está rodeada por un manguito (11) fundamentalmente tubular, porque la punta de tobera (12) y la superficie de apriete están unidas fijamente a la pieza de núcleo (10), y porque la pieza de núcleo (10) está configurada de manera que puede comprimirse elásticamente en dirección longitudinal y es guiada en el manguito (11), en dirección axial, con un movimiento limitado.
