EN LA FASE DE OXICLORACION SE INTRODUCE AL MENOS UN AGENTE CLORANTE (CONDUCTO 19), AL MENOS UN GAS QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO (CONDUCTO 18) Y AGUA (CONDUCTO 20), DE MODO QUE LA RELACION MOLAR H2O/HCL SEA DE 3 A 50. LA FASE DE OXICLORACION SE PRODUCE EN PRESENCIA DE UN GAS DE OXICLORACION QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS UN 21 % DE OXIGENO Y AL MENOS 50 PPM EN PESO DE CLORO (CALCULADO COMO HCL) A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 350 A 600 (GRADOS) C.
