Abstract
Un ensayo multicelular in vitro para reproducir el modelo de las fases combinadas de la angiogénesis, es decir, las fases de proliferación, migración y diferenciación del desarrollo de las células, en el cual el ensayo comprende proporcionar un cultivo doble de células endoteliales junto con fibroblastos que presenten interacción con éstas, siendo facilitadas dichas células al cultivo doble en el cual la proporción de fibroblastos respecto de las células endoteliales es de aproximadamente 2:1 a 8:1, en la cual dichos fibroblastos forman una monocapa en la cual las células endoteliales ofrecen las fases combinadas de angiogénesis de modo que se puedan controlar las fases respectivas de angiogénesis durante un período de tiempo predeterminado.
