Abstract
Instalación de detección de fluorescencia para la detección de parámetros de vegetación relevantes, que comprende una fuente de excitación (1) que consiste en un dispositivo láser de baja potencia con una longitud de onda de excitación en la región espectral del rojo, un dispositivo óptico (2) que forma un haz de luz, un divisor de haz dicroico (5), un sistema básico detector de fluorescencia (3) que incluye un dispositivo óptico de entrada (4) que recibe la emisión de fluorescencia a través de dicho divisor de haz dicroico (5) y un filtro de interferencias (10) que bloquea la señal de retrodispersión elástica, un dispositivo electrónico de detección (7) para detectar una señal de fluorescencia, y un dispositivo electrónico disparador y temporizador (6), caracterizada porque el citado dispositivo láser de baja potencia previsto en la fuente de excitación (1) es un dispositivo láser pulsatorio de alta repetición con longitudde impulsos de algunos nanosegundos y una longitud de onda de excitación preferida en la región espectral del rojo de preferentemente 670 nm, porque el citado divisor de haz dicroico (5) acopla el haz de excitación formado coaxialmente al eje óptico (9) de una óptica receptora y dirigiendo este haz formado sin guiado óptico de ondas hasta un blanco de vegetación sujeto a ser investigado, porque dicho sistema básico detector de fluorescencia (3) forma una imagen del punto de excitación en el área sensible del detector, porque el citado dispositivo electrónico de detección (7) opera en el régimen de repetición de doble impulso de dicha fuente láser de excitación (1) y toma muestras de la señal de fluorescencia activa sincrónicamente con la emisión de láser por una parte y por otra parte con la señal de fondo pasiva con un retardo fijo del orden de microsegundos antes o después de la señal activa, registrando las señales por medio de un circuito de muestra rápida y mantenimiento acoplado a un convertidor analógico a digital que permite un tratamiento de señal digital, porque dicho dispositivo electrónico de detección (7) comprende además medios para determinar la señal de fluorescencia pura sustrayendo la señal de fondo de la señal de fluorescencia activa, electrónicamente o en una operación de tratamiento posterior, y porque el citado dispositivo electrónico disparador y temporizador (6) sincroniza los impulsos de láser con los intervalos de muestra de dicho dispositivo electrónico de detección (7).
