Abstract

Producto coloreado para revestimiento y pavimentación, y método de elaboración. Se emplea para el revestimiento de muros, fachadas, etc., y pavimentación de suelos mediante la técnica de aplicación de piedra proyectada, o cualquier otra modalidad. Se trata de un producto en forma de gránulo regular o irregular que se somete a un proceso de pigmentación total o parcial. Se utilizan unas resinas y pigmentos que mezclados con los disolventes adecuados y tras el proceso de mezclado correspondiente, da lugar a un cuerpo granulado decorado cromáticamente según gustos o necesidades. El árido o gránulo a pigmentar se carga en una máquina mezcladora y se le aplica el producto de pigmentación previamente obtenido al mezclar resinas con disolventes aromáticos y/o cetonas, así como con pigmentos orgánicos e inorgánicos. El mezclado se efectúa durante un tiempo determinado y después se procede a la extracción y secado del árido o gránulo ya pigmentado. Se puede proceder a dar sucesivas aplicaciones conpigmentos diferentes o iguales y finalmente se efectúa una etapa similar pero sin aportación de pigmentos para que el gránulo quede cubierto de una capa protectora de resinas.
