Abstract
Un análogo peptídico adecuado como inhibidor de proteína:prenil transferasas que tiene la fórmula 1: en la que: R1 es hidrógeno o un grupo protector de tiol; cada R2 y R3 es independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo C1-C4; R4 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-C4, acilo C1-C4 o peptidilo; R5 es hidrógeno o alquilo C1-C4; R6 es hidrógeno o alquilo C1-C4 opcionalmente sustituido con hidroxi, fenilo, hidroxifenilo, indolilo, imidazolilo, mercapto, metiltio, amino, carboxilo, carbamoílo, ureido, amidino o guanidino; A es un enlace directo o una cadena alquileno C1-C4 saturada o insaturada, opcionalmente interrumpida por uno o más átomos de oxígeno, azufre o nitrógeno, opcionalmente sustituida con hidroxi, oxo, alquilo C1-C4, alquilideno C1-C4, alcoxi C1-C4, aliloxi, benciloxi, aciloxi C1-C8, alquil C1-C3 (Id) enodioxi, amino, alquilamino C1-C4 o hidroxialquilo C1-C4; (H) representa un átomo de hidrógeno si A está saturado y puede estar ausente si A está insaturado; Y representa un grupo oxo o dos átomos dehidrógeno; Z es oxígeno, azufre, imino o alquilo C1-C8, arilo o acilimino; m es 0,1 ó 2; y n es 0 ó 1.
