DETECTA LA VELOCIDAD ANGULAR ( OE 1- OE 4 ) DE CADA RUEDA ASI COMO LAS SEÑALES DE VELOCIDAD CORRESPONDIENTES QUE SE GENERAN Y PROCESAN EN UNA UNIDAD DE PROCESO ELECTRONICO (EPU) PROGRAMADA PARA CALCULAR LA DIFERENCIA ENTRE LA SUMA DE LAS SEÑALES DE VELOCIDAD RELATIVAS A DOS RUEDAS DIAGONALMENTE OPUESTAS (1,4) Y LA SUMA DE LAS SEÑALES RELATIVAS A LAS OTRAS DOS RUEDAS (2,3). LA UNIDAD DE PROCESO (EPU) GENERA UNA SEÑAL DE ALARMA CUANDO EL VALOR DE ESTA DIFERENCIA ES MAYOR QUE EL VALOR DE REFERENCIA . LA SEÑAL DE ESTA DIFERENCIA IDENTIFICA LA DIAGONAL (1,4; 2,3) EN LA QUE SE LOCALIZA EL NEUMATICO QUE ESTA, AL MENOS PARCIALMENTE, DESINFLADO. LA UNIDAD DE PROCESO (EPU) CALCULA UN NUMERO DE VALORES SUCESIVOS DEL RADIO DE CURVATURA (R) DE LAS TRAYECTORIAS SEGUIDAS POR EL EJE FRONTAL (1,2) Y POR EL EJE TRASERO (3,4) DEL VEHICULO (V) A PARTIR DE UNA ECUACION PREDETERMINADA Y COMPARA EL RADIO (R) ASI CALCULADO PARA EL EJE FRONTAL Y EL EJE TRASERO CON LOS RESPECTIVOS VALORES DE REFERENCIA PREDETERMINADOS.
