Abstract

Dispositivo de accionamiento para una lavadora de carga frontal, con un tambor de lavado apoyado en voladizo en un eje sensiblemente horizontal situado dentro de un casquillo de cojinete en una pieza de soporte rígida dispuesta en la pared posterior del contenedor del líquido de colada, siendo accionado el tambor directamente por medio de un motor plano dispuesto también en la cara posterior del contenedor del líquido de colada, caracterizado porque el estator (10) del motor (9) está unido a la pared posterior (6) del contenedor del líquido de colada (1) sobre la pieza de soporte rígida o en lugar de la pieza de soporte rígida, presentando un casquillo de cojinete central (26) para el eje (7) del tambor de la lavadora (4) y para un buje (31) del rotor (13) que rodea al eje, porque en el extremo exterior del eje va fijado centrado el buje (31) del rotor (13), que entre el buje y la parte periférica presenta multitud de orificios (33) y en su perímetro una pestaña (15) en forma de campana orientada hacia el contenedor del líquido de colada (1), y porque el rotor completo es de acero magnetizable quedando enfrentado desde el exterior con su pestaña en forma de campana a través de un entrehierro (14) a los paquetes de chapa (32) previstos para recibir los arrollamientos de excitación (12) del estator (10) distribuidos por el estator (10).
