Abstract

Composición polimérica, utilizada en productos de moldeo, productos huecos y placa troquelada La composición comprende un 50-85% en peso de copolímeros de propileno {al}-olefínicos (de alto y bajo peso molecular), 5-10% en peso de polímero de etileno y 10-40% en peso de copolímero de propileno elastomérico {al}-olefínico. La mezcla de polímeros comprende: (a) 50-85% en peso de copolímero de propileno (A) que contiene (I) 20-80% en peso de copolímeros de propileno de alto peso molecular con 2,0-7,0% en peso de 1-alqueno, que tiene una viscosidad de 500-1200 ml/g y (II) 20-80% en peso de copolímero de propileno de bajo peso molecular con 4,0-10,0% en peso de 1-alqueno, que tiene una viscosidad de 200-450 ml/g, (b) 5-10% en peso de polímero de etileno (B) y (c) 10-40% en peso de copolímeros similares a caucho (C) de propileno con 30-70% en peso de 1-alqueno. La mezcla tiene un índice del flujo de fusión (MFI 230ºC/5 kg) = 0,1-5 g/10 minuto, una distribución del peso molecular (M{sub,w}/M{sub,n}) = 6-21y un contenido total de 1-alqueno de 4-15% en peso. También se incluyen reivindicaciones independientes para lo siguiente: (i) producción de mezclas poliméricas mediante (a) polimerización de propileno y 1-alqueno durante 0,5-6 horas (tiempo de residencia medio) a 10-100 bar y 30-150ºC, en presencia de un sistema catalizador de Ziegler Natta que contiene un componente sólido que contiene titanio, un componente de aluminio y opcionalmente otro dador de electrones, dando (I), (b) polimerización de propileno y 1-alqueno durante 0,5-6 horas (tiempo de residencia medio) a 10-100 bar y 30-150ºC, en presencia de un sistema catalizador de Ziegler Natta que contiene un componente sólido que contiene titanio, un componente de aluminio y opcionalmente otro dador de electrones, dando (II), y (c) mezcla de (I) y (II) con (B) y (C) durante 0,1-5 minutos a 180-300ºC, y (ii) moldeo por compresión de la mezcla en una prensa de platos durante 0,1-120 minutos a 1-500 bar y180-300ºC para producir una placa troquelada.
