Dispositivo para la atención médica y la profilaxis de lesiones articulares que comprende al menos una articulación (10), la cual presenta al menos dos elementos de estabilización (12, 14) articulados entre sí, y al menos un elemento de acoplamiento (20, 22), preferentemente rígido, que está fijado al menos en uno de los elementos de estabilización (12, 14) y rodea, al menos parcialmente, un miembro del cuerpo adyacente a la articulación interesada, caracterizado porque la posición de al menos uno de dichos elementos de acoplamiento (20, 22) puede ser ajustado con respecto al eje de la articulación.
