Abstract

LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA LA EXPRESION CONTROLADA, EN UNA BACTERIA DEL ACIDO LACTICO, DE UN FRAGMENTO DE DNA QUE CONTIENE UNO O MAS GENES QUE CODIFICAN UNA CARACTERISTICA DESEADA, QUE SE CARACTERIZA EN QUE: - EL FRAGMENTO DE DNA ESTA BAJO EL CONTROL DE UN PROMOTOR PARA UN GEN MICROBIANO QUE CODIFICA UN PEPTIDO ANTIMICROBIANO, Y - EL GEN/LOS GENES SON PUESTOS EN EXPRESION SOBRE EL FRAGMENTO DE DNA MEDIANTE LA ADICION DE UN FACTOR DE INDUCCION ADECUADO PARA LA ACTIVACION DE LA TRANSCRIPCION. EL PROMOTOR ES PREFERIBLEMENTE EL PROMOTOR "NIS/A" DEL "LACTOCOCCUS LACTIS". EL INDUCTOR ES PREFERIBLEMENTE ACEPTABLE PARA PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS, Y MAS PREFERENTEMENTE ES NISINA O UN DERIVADO DE LA MISMA. LA INVENCION TAMBIEN SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PROTEINAS O RNA, ASI COMO A UN METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PRODUCTOS DERIVADOS DE LA LECHE UTILIZANDO EL SISTEMA DE EXPRESION DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION. LA INVENCION FINALMENTE SE REFIERE A UNA BACTERIA DEL ACIDO LACTICOY A VECTORES DE EXPRESION PARA SU USO EN EL METODO DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION.
